Terms of use
Version in force since October 4, 2026
This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Purpose
These general terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to the Europe Packer Platform, published by RG Solutions (see the legal notice), and its use by any registered person: business buyer, consumer, or supplier company. They apply in addition to the conditions specific to each role: conditions for business buyers, conditions for consumers, conditions for suppliers.
Who contracts with whom
The Platform connects buyers with supplier companies. The sales contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the supplier company whose offer was selected: the Platform is never the seller and is not a party to the sales contract. It acts as an intermediary for matchmaking, order management and requests for quotation. Payments are processed by its payment provider on behalf of the supplier company. The identity of each supplier (company name, registration, address) is shown on its profile and on every order.
Registration and account
Registration is open to professionals, acting on behalf of a business, and to consumers. A consumer may only buy from supplier companies established in France. The email address is verified before any use of the account.
A professional user may link their account to one or more companies, with an owner, administrator or member role. A company always has at least one owner. An administrator may invite new members by email; an invitation can only be accepted with an account bearing the invited address.
Using the Platform requires express acceptance of these Terms and of the privacy policy, then, depending on the use, of the conditions specific to the role concerned. Each acceptance is recorded per document version, with its date, as evidence.
Ranking of offers
On a product page gathering offers from several suppliers, the default ranking is based on the unit price applicable to the requested quantity. No offer is promoted in exchange for remuneration, an equity stake or a particular contractual link with the Platform. Should this model change, this section would be updated in accordance with Article L111-7 of the French Consumer Code.
Accounts and security
Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. The password is at least twelve characters long; two-factor authentication can be enabled. Any suspicious activity must be reported without delay to support@europepacker.com.
Each user may delete their account at any time. Their personal data is then erased or anonymised, except for data the law requires to be kept (invoices, evidence of acceptance of the conditions). The sole owner of a company must first transfer its ownership.
Reporting illegal content
Anyone, even without an account, may report an offer they consider illegal (counterfeit, misleading description, dangerous product, or any other unlawful content) from the product page. Each report is logged and reviewed, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA). The Platform may suspend or remove a reported offer pending review and informs the supplier concerned.
Role and liability of the Platform
The Platform does not systematically review in advance the content of offers published by suppliers. Each supplier is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information it publishes and for the compliance of its products. The Platform acts as a host of this content within the meaning of the DSA and removes or disables access to manifestly illegal content as soon as it has actual knowledge of it.
Service availability
The Platform endeavours to provide continuous access to the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, technical incident, force majeure).
Suspension and termination
The Platform may suspend or terminate an account's access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms (fraud, repeated illegal content, breach of the conditions specific to the role), after formal notice where circumstances allow.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be amended. Any substantial change results in a new dated version and in a new request for acceptance before further use of the Platform.
Language, applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are drafted in French; in case of discrepancy with a translation, the French version prevails. They are governed by French law. Any dispute between the Platform and a professional user falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts for the publisher's registered office. A consumer user retains the benefit of the jurisdiction rules and mandatory provisions that protect them.
