Nature of the activity
Europe Packer is a packaging marketplace that connects buyers — businesses or consumers — with supplier companies, through two journeys: catalogue purchase and request for quotation. The Platform is never the seller of the products: each offer is published and fulfilled by the supplier company identified on the product page, on the order and on the invoice. The Platform acts as an intermediary for matchmaking and order management.
Only supplier companies established in France may sell to consumers.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Platform (structure, texts, the Europe Packer brand and logo), excluding the content and catalogues provided by supplier companies, which remain their property or that of their rights holders, are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction may constitute infringement.
Point of contact and reporting of illegal content
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), a mechanism for reporting illegal content (fraudulent offer, counterfeit, dangerous product…) is available from every product page. Single point of contact, for authorities and users alike: support@europepacker.com (answers in French and English).
Consumer mediation
As the Platform is never the seller, consumer mediation is the responsibility of the supplier company from which a consumer purchased: the details of its mediator appear on its profile and on the invoice.
