Conditions for suppliers
Version in force since October 4, 2026
This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Scope
These conditions govern the use of the Platform by any company registered as a supplier, to sell products from the catalogue and to respond to requests for quotation. They apply in addition to the Terms of use.
Admission
Opening the supplier capacity is subject to the review of an application (website, proposed categories, volumes, delivery area). Until the application is accepted, the supplier's offers remain hidden from the public catalogue.
Seller status
The supplier is the seller of the products it offers and the buyer's sole contracting party for the sale: the Platform is never the seller. The supplier issues the invoices for its sales and is accountable for them.
Selling to consumers
Only a supplier established in France may sell to consumers. It then undertakes to comply with the provisions of the French Consumer Code applicable to distance selling, in particular pre-contractual information, the right of withdrawal, the statutory guarantees and the display of prices inclusive of all taxes. It appoints a consumer mediator, in accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and provides the mediator's details for display on its profile and invoices.
Traceability of the professional seller
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services, the supplier provides and keeps up to date the information enabling its identification: company name, legal form, registration number, address, contact details and, where applicable, EU VAT number. This information appears on its public profile and on every order. Any inaccuracy may lead to the suspension of the supplier capacity.
Content of offers
The supplier is solely responsible for the accuracy, fairness and regulatory compliance of the information it publishes (descriptions, prices, stock, lead times, environmental claims, food-contact suitability). A claim of regulatory compliance is presented as a declaration by the supplier, not as a certification verified by the Platform. Any offer reported as illegal may be suspended pending review.
Commission
For each fulfilled order, the Platform charges a commission on the amount of the sale excluding tax. Its rate may vary according to the product category, volumes and journey (catalogue or request for quotation): it is set in the particular conditions agreed with the supplier and displayed in its account before any order concerned.
Payment and payout
Buyers' payments are processed by the Platform's payment provider on behalf of the supplier. The amount due to the supplier — the sale price less the commission and applicable processing fees — is paid out to the bank account declared in its account as soon as delivery of the order is validated. If an order is disputed, the corresponding payout is put on hold until the dispute is resolved. Commissions and payouts can be viewed in its account, order by order.
Refunds and payment disputes
In the event of a full or partial refund granted to a buyer, the commission charged on the refunded portion is adjusted accordingly.
Suspension and removal
The Platform may suspend the supplier capacity or remove an offer in the event of a breach (misleading information, dangerous or counterfeit product, repeated failure to meet announced lead times, repeated justified complaints).
Language and applicable law
These conditions are drafted in French; in case of discrepancy with a translation, the French version prevails. They are governed by French law.
