General conditions for business buyers
Version in force since October 4, 2026
This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Scope
These conditions govern purchases made on the Platform by a business buyer, acting on behalf of a registered company, from supplier companies whose offers appear in the catalogue or respond to a request for quotation. They apply in addition to the Terms of use. Purchases by a consumer are governed by the conditions for consumers.
Who sells
The seller of each product is the supplier company identified on the offer, on the order and on the invoice — never the Platform, which is not a party to the sales contract. Payment is processed by the Platform's payment provider on behalf of the supplier company.
Placing an order
Any order placed from the catalogue, or any offer accepted following a request for quotation, constitutes firm acceptance of the price, quantities and delivery terms displayed at the time of validation. A summary is sent by email.
Prices and VAT
Prices shown to a business buyer are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise, in the currency indicated on the offer. The applicable VAT regime (French VAT, intra-EU reverse charge or exemption) depends on the buying company's country and on the validity of its EU VAT number, checked against the European VIES system.
Payment — terms and late payment penalties
Unless otherwise agreed on the order, the payment term is the one agreed when ordering, without exceeding the limits set by the French Commercial Code for business-to-business relations: 30 days after receipt of the goods by default, or an agreed term of up to 60 days from the invoice date (or 45 days end of month).
In the event of late payment, penalties are due automatically, without any reminder being necessary, at the applicable statutory rate or at the contractual rate if higher, together with a fixed recovery fee of €40 per invoice (French Commercial Code, Article L441-10).
No right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code for distance contracts is a consumer right: it does not apply to a purchase made by a company in the course of its business, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code.
Delivery
Delivery times shown on each offer are provided by the supplier for information. Any anomaly (delay, non-conformity, damage) must be reported to the supplier through the Platform's messaging as soon as possible.
Claims, returns, disputes
Return or exchange terms are those defined by each supplier or, failing that, agreed with it through the order's messaging. The Platform may be asked to help reach an amicable settlement but is not a party to the sales contract.
Liability of the Platform
The Platform is not liable for the quality, compliance or availability of the products sold by suppliers, who remain solely responsible for them. Its liability is limited to its role as an intermediary.
Language and applicable law
These conditions are drafted in French; in case of discrepancy with a translation, the French version prevails. They are governed by French law.
